Everyone whose main home address is on the Pembury Estate is entitled to become a Member of the Residents’ Association for free. This includes students and workers posted away from home.

Complaint about lack of Neighbourhood Managers
PERA has submitted a complaint about the lack of Neighbourhood Managers across the Pembury Estate over the past few months, asking for;
A full explanation for the reduction in neighbourhood manager presence, including staffing levels, rota changes, and any operational issues affecting service delivery.
A clear plan outlining how and when Peabody intends to restore the expected level of on‑site neighbourhood management.
A refund or service charge adjustment for the period during which the service has not been provided as advertised. Residents should not be financially responsible for services that Peabody has failed to deliver.
