Pembury Circus / Atkins Square Repairs Walkaround

The Pembury Estate Residents’ Association is organising a series of tours of the estate to report repairs issues. The first tour will take place on Pembury Circus / Atkins Square.

Join us to report your repairs issues

Peabody have systematically failed to keep the estate in good shape. Cracked floors; fire doors that don’t work; garden areas reduced to patches of dirt. But together we can get these issues fixed.

Join us on 31 July 2020 for the first Residents’ Association repairs estate walkaround.  Meet your neighbours to document the state of the estate.  The Residents’ Association will then file repairs orders with Peabody, and chase up the reports on behalf of all residents.  The Residents’ Association will then share updates on all repairs requests.

Where?  Starting outside the Pembury Community Centre
When?  12:30 & 18:30 on 31 July 2020.

Please where a mask if it is possible for you to do so.

You can submit photos and descriptions in advance

If you have issues that you want to report in advance of the walkaround then email us on pemburysecretary@gmail.com with a description of the issue and any photos.

Can you help to put up posters in your block to advertise the walkaround?  If so, get in touch on pemburysecretary@gmail.com and we’ll drop some off for you.  (Remember that you will be responsible for taking them down after.)
