Tracking Peabody’s Repairs

Holding Peabody to Account – Centralised Repairs Tracker

Through PERA committee meetings with Peabody we have implemented a centralised repairs tracker to hold Peabody to account on repairs across the estate. It is a basic log to help us keep track and we are working to develop it further.

Schedule of Major Works

PERA asked Peabody for a list of major works scheduled across the estate. You can see the list here.

Repairs Trackers for Each Block

List of repairs trackers

The Residents’ Association has set up repairs trackers for each block on the Estate. The idea is that when one resident reports a repair in a communal area, all residents can chase it up with Peabody, and see the progress of the repair job.

Click on the name of your block to go to your repairs tracker. (On mobile you will need the Google Sheets app to edit your repairs tracker.)

Instructions on using the repairs trackers

  1. The spreadsheet is only to be used for communal issues.
  2. Raise an issue with Peabody, and get a job number.
  3. Record all the details of the issue as a new row.
  4. Anyone in the block can chase up Peabody.
  5. When you chase up an issue, add a new line in the “Comments / Communications” column.
  6. Always include the date of chasing the issue.

How to raise a repairs issue

To raise an issue with Peabody, call them on 0207 021 444.

There is absolutely no point using a Peabody email address to raise problems. They have a 28 working day turnaround on both RepairsCCL and CustomerCareLine. Your repair request will effectively be ignored.
