You are invited to attend the Pembury Estate Residents’ Association Annual General Meeting on Thursday 29th September 2022 6.30pm at the Pembury Community Centre
As part of our constitution we are required to hold an Annual General Meeting once a year and everyone living on the Pembury estate is invited to join us.
We are currently looking for residents to join the Residents’ Association committee to help with the running of the association. We will be having elections at the Annual General Meeting for the following roles:
Chair
Vice-chair
Secretary
Treasurer
Social Media Co-Ordinator
Events Co-ordinator
What volunteering involves:
- Attending the monthly general meetings (in person on the last Thursday of the month in the Pembury Community Centre, time tbc) and committee meetings with Peabody (online)
- Assisting with recruiting residents to the Residents’ Association
- Working with other committee members to run the Residents’ Association
