PERA had a meeting with Peabody on 11th July about our service charges, you can view the minutes here. Thank you so much to all the residents who were able to join us, it was a good turnout and more people than Peabody anticipated!
We did not get all the answers we wanted from the meeting and will be following up the action points when the PERA committee meet with Peabody in September.
Meanwhile, the next PERA general meeting is on Wednesday 19th July at 7.30pm in the Pembury Community Centre. There will be refreshments, please do come along! Agenda will be sent out on Monday and it will include how we move forward our collaborative service charge complaints. This will be our last meeting before our AGM in September.
