Response received from the Housing Ombudsman

PERA has received a response to the Housing Ombudsman complaint that we submitted on behalf of residents of 13 Atkins Square regarding fire safety back in February 2021. You can read the full report here. As you will see, the ombudsman has awarded £300 compensation. It has been decided that this should be of benefit to residents of 13 Atkins Square, therefore if you live in block 13 and have any ideas as to how we can best spend this compensation please get in touch.
