Cleaning schedules for Pembury Estate
PERA has been given the block cleaning schedules for the whole Pembury Estate – you can view them here. If your block is not being cleaning accordingly please submit complaints through the Peabody website and let us know as we are submitting a complaint on behalf of residents about the inadequate cleaning: chair@pemburyestate.com .
Service Charge Meeting with Peabody
You will be aware that our service charges have gone up considerably. Pembury Circus Concierge – Peabody Not Providing the Service You Pay For
At Pembury Circus residents pay through their rent and service charges for a concierge. The concierge works hard to keep our community a safe and welcoming environment.
