Property Tribunal grants dispensation application on 13 Atkins Square
Peabody’s application brought against the leaseholders of 13 Atkins Square has been granted by the Tribunal. Peabody brought a Tribunal claim against the leaseholders of 13 Atkins Square to allow them to install a new fire alarm system without consultation. Building Dangerous – Waking Watch Started Cladding investigations at 4-10 Atkins Square and 102-104 Hindrey Road took place earlier this summer. Residents have now have received a letter from Peabody telling them that their homes are arenot safe.
