We are meeting with Peabody about service charges on Tuesday 11th July at 6-7.30pm in the Pembury Community Centre. All residents are welcome to attend. PERA has been given the block cleaning schedules for the whole Pembury Estate – you can view them here. If your block is not being cleaning accordingly please submit complaints through the Peabody website and let us know as we are submitting a complaint on behalf of residents about the inadequate cleaning: chair@pemburyestate.com .
